Traditionally, it is standard to wear sandals and setta in a small size so that the heels stick out a little.

When you wear the hanao several times, it will be rounded and stretched according to the curve of your foot.
Please enjoy the fit and comfort by blending the slightly smaller SETTA into the shape of your foot.

23.5cm, but should I choose S size or M size?

Basically, we recommend S size. The legs are small and stylish, so you can wear them in style.
However, if you have wide legs or if you want to relax indoors, you can use M size.
Also, those who are accustomed to wearing clogs and sandals are small, and those who are trying to wear footwear with a hanao for the first time often purchase a loose size.

How should I choose the size if I want to give it as a gift?

In the case of a gift, we recommend that you allow room for the size.

What should I do for storage and maintenance?

Store in a well-ventilated place out of the sun. If it gets wet in the rain, dry it completely in the shade before storing it.
Wipe off any dirt with a tightly tied cloth. Please try carefully as the vintage series may be discolored in particular.

Is it replaceable if it breaks?

In case of initial failure, we will replace it free of charge. However, the same vintage series dead stock products may not be available. In that case, we will refund or exchange for a replacement.
If you wish to replace the product due to deterioration over time, please send us a photo of the product and we will consult with you individually.
Since setta cannot be disassembled basically, the same amount as the purchase of a new one may be incurred.

Is it possible to actually pick up the product?

Only shops in Sango Town, Nara Prefecture are on display at all times.

About shipping fee

Customers are responsible for the round-trip shipping fee for the setter. We will send it by prepayment from the customer, and we will return it by prepayment from here.

About bringing in

You can bring the setter for repair request directly to our shop.
In that case, we will accept the request directly at the store and the payment of the repair fee without going through the online store.
